Thursday 29 April – all day
- Reunion Guest Registration: (downstairs near front desk)
- Golfing available on Hill AFB – self reservations
- ICEBREAKER in Eccles Conference Ctr: 1800 to 2000 hrs.
Friday 30 April
- Depart hotel 0930
- Tour of F-35 Demo Team: Depart Hotel 1000 – 1100 hrs.
- Visit 2 AVS: Tour and BBQ: 1115 – 1330 hrs.
- Tour

- Group Photo
- Visit Hill AFB Museum or other event TBD
- Return to Hotel 1630 hrs.
- No Host Dinner TBD nearby restaurant 1800 hrs.
Saturday May 1
- Group Event (TBD) 0930 – 11:30 hrs.
- Return to Hotel – Lunch on own 11:30 – 1245 hrs.
- Theatrical Viewing and Reunion Guest voting 1300 – 1500 hrs.
- Reunion Guest on their own: 1500 – 1730 hrs.
- Banquet (Eccles Conference CTR): 1800 – 2100 hrs.
- Reconvene in Reunion Reception room: 2100 till whenever
Sunday 2 May
- Check out of hotel: 0800 – 1100 hrs.
- Bonus event: Visit Temple Square for Music & the Spoken Word live television and radio broadcast
- The Music & the Spoken Word features the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the longest continuous live broadcast in the world (1929). (The Grand Ole Opry is the oldest but stopped broadcasting during WWII)
- The 30-minute live broadcast starts at 0930 each Sunday morning. Guest need to be in their seats at 0900.
- Rally on the temple grounds and attend live broadcast as a group
- After the performance guest can tour the temple grounds, downtown SLC or head to the airport. (The Salt Lake International Airport is 15 minutes from the Tabernacle)
