The 2016 USAF Combat Camera Reunion

Plans for this year’s reunion are shaping up as we enter the last couple of months before we all meet again in Charleston, Oct 13-16.
If you have not yet registered or made your hotel reservations, here are a few dates you need to keep in mind: Hotel Reservations need to be made no later than Friday, Sep 24th, 2016 to guarantee our special room rate. Our room block is filling up fast so please make your reservations soon.

Reunion Registration needs to be completed no later than Sep 30th, 2016 so that we may give the hotel caterers, bus operator and tour company final numbers. The Reunion Registration fee is $150 per person and includes the Oct 13th evening Icebreaker, exclusive use of the Hospitality Room which will have snacks and beverages from 12 PM – 10 PM each day, special sightseeing tour and the Oct 15th Banquet and Awards Ceremony. Due to financial obligations to the hotel, other vendors and administration costs, we will not be able to refund the Reunion Registration Fee after Oct 3rd, 2016 so please plan accordingly.
Can only make one event or planning a shorter stay? For the Icebreaker Only, cost is $50 per person and for the Banquet Only, cost is $70 per person. Please keep in mind, the full reunion registration fee includes use of the hospitality room and administrative costs.
