Served as DoD Civilian for 35 years, all but 2 at the Pentagon. Began DoD career at a Motion Picture Producer Director at Chanute AFB, IL in 1978 working for Mr. Kim Joiner. Hired by Capt David Levy as Chief of Production, HQs U.S. Air Force Television Center, Pentagon, 1980-84. Promoted down to the Pentagon basement, Rm BF938C, working for Mr. Al Hemphill, AF/XOORV and later AF/SCV (Rm 5D230), as Air Force Visual Information Program Manager. Served as Executive Director of DoD Motion Media Depository at Norton AFB, CA. Assisted Mr. Hemphill in assuring annual budget process success for funding for all AAVS activities, services, equipment, and personnel worldwide, 1984-88. After leaving Air Staff in 1988, spent remainder of career in a variety of positions on the OSD staff in information technology programs, budgeting, management, including VTC, SATCOM, and DISN.
