Norman began his life at Angels Hospital Los Angeles, CA.
He was raised in the Los Angeles area and graduated high school before joining the U.S. Air Force in 1965 at the age of 18.
Norman achieved the rank of Technical Sargent while honorably serving our country at home and aboard, with many of those years as a camera maintenance man with the Aerospace Audiovisual Service.
He received the; AF Commendation medal, National Defense Service medal, Good Conduct medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross and several awards and ribbons honoring his 18 year military career.
Norman was married to Cara Smith-Grant.
Father to three sons; Dale Grant, George Sullivan and Thomas Sullivan and has four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Norman was a caring and passionate man who enjoyed time with family and friends and zealous conversations.
